Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Connect Systems ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), including our website and software products (Connect CMS, Connect LMS, Connect OMS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Payment Terms

For paid services:

• We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
• Late payments may incur additional charges
• Services may be suspended for non-payment

Service Level & Support

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for our cloud-hosted services. We provide:

• Technical support during business hours
• Emergency support for critical issues
• Documentation and training resources

Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or liability for certain damages. In such cases, the above limitations may not apply to you.

Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all data you input into our systems. We:

• Will not access your data except to provide services or support

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement:

Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your data. After this period, we may delete your data from our systems.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation in good faith. If negotiation fails, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the appropriate courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes through our website or by email. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
